Engineering

Based in Soho, London, our engineering department is part of an agile, cross-functional delivery team, collaborating with Research Engineers, Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Product Managers.

Our team works alongside our Research team (based in London and California) to develop and deploy the ground-breaking visual translation tools used by our Post-Production team. We’re investing heavily in these solutions to make step-change improvements to our quality and efficiency, as we embark on multiple film and TV projects.

Desktop Support Technician

This hands-on role involves providing first-line support to end-users facing issues with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. The role will report directly to the IT Manager and will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our users.

Applied Scientist – Synthetic Data/Graphics

As a Applied Scientist for 3D Synthetic Data and Graphics, you will be working with a team of Applied Scientists in 3D Reconstruction and Animation. This role will partner closely with our Research, Machine Learning, Engineering, Film Innovation, and VFX teams in the US and UK offices. In this role, you will be expected to be a subject matter expert in advanced computer graphics, such as 3D modeling & rigging, computer animation & simulation, physics-based BRDFs, and volumetric rendering. Our work in automated visual translation is just the beginning, and we are developing countless exciting products based on the application of our proprietary, cornerstone research.

Machine Learning Engineering Manager

As a Machine Learning Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the success of our SDP team, to include the management of our ML Pipeline, and ML Models efficiency by using machine learning to automate data sourcing, annotating, curating, labeling and deploying large multi-modal datasets within the film media domain. The People Team is responsible for everything from designing the employee experience and partnering with business leaders to looking after the day to day operational People processes. We’re human centered, we align our goals with the business and we work in an agile way to ensure we have the greatest impact. We’ve recently built out our People strategy, focused on establishing People fundamentals to enable scaling, efficiency, and first class employee experience.

Our Creative Team are responsible for creating and maintaining the high standards across all creative output. They oversee all content creation, marketing and events.
